Refund policy
All products must be returned to the DIDIER DUBOT Seoul Branch before any refund can be made.
1. Book a return
Please arrange your own return and send us the return receipt from the delivery courier.
2. Pack the item, secure it tightly, and have arranged the courier to have it picked-up
3. Once the item has been returned safely to our Seoul Office, the refund process will begin

Order cancellation, exchange, and refund DIDIER DUBOT comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of consumers.
To proceed with refund/exchange, we must first process the order cancellation. Please note the following conditions before requesting order cancellation:
- Goods withdrawal period is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods as indicated by the delivery carrier; however, DIDIER DUBOT records every item before it is packaged and shipped out and if there are discrepancies between the photos, a refund may not be available.
- In order for a full refund, the customer must provide a photo of the product within 7 days of receipt.
- Except for faulty products, notable defects at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges/refunds/repair.
- Any damage caused by the customer will not be applicable for 7-day exchange/return, including but not limited to water damage, heat, accidental breaking of the stones/chains/bands.
